The Level 5 approach

Level 1: Engage

Through process, there is peace of mind.

  • Your success is our success. Our goal is not to be “just another research vendor.” This starts by understanding your business needs and how you plan to use the research insights we'll uncover.

  • Before we even draft a screener, we start with an immersive, cross-functional experience to ensure we are all on the same page. This could be a series of guided conversations, an in-person workshop, or something in between. We match the method to you, and we make it work.

  • Once we have a clear understanding of where you need to go, we pair your objectives with the most appropriate research techniques to get you the insights you need.

Level 2: Discover

There is always something new to learn.

  • Validate early hypotheses. Level 2 is for when you’re starting close to the beginning – or when you’ve discovered something new and need to learn more.

  • Build a sound knowledge base. Level 2 is all about “testing the water” through intentional interactions with your target audiences.

  • Uncover core motivations and challenges. Maybe you need to understand an existing treatment algorithm – the drivers & barriers to selection, what gaps and unmet needs exist – or maybe you want to spend an afternoon immersed in the life of someone living with a devastating disease for a consumer campaign. Level 2 insights are the stepping stone to Level 3.

Level 3: Explore

Rinse & repeat as necessary.

  • Sometimes people need time to warm up a bit. We use a variety of creative techniques to cultivate trust, build a safe environment, and encourage respondents to think about things from a new perspective – allowing them to reflect more deeply on their core wants and needs before sharing their thoughts and feelings.

    Why rinse and repeat? Because sometimes the deeper we go, the more questions we have. Regardless of how long we stay at Level 3, we use insights generated from this phase (and Level 2) to take us to Level 4.

Level 4: Confirm

Crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s.

In Level 4, taking what we've learned, we share what you’ve created to see how well we captured your respondents voice.

  • Does your strategy reflect the needs of your entire target audience?

  • Do patients recognize themselves in your copy?

  • Are your materials written in an appropriate voice?

  • Does your brand story resonate with prescribers?

  • How motivating is your call to action?

In Level 4, we answer those questions to reveal hidden perspectives and yield deeper insights.

Level 5: Deliver

So much more than reporting.

  • At the end of the journey, we connect the dots using the insights we discovered along the way, providing you with focused conclusions and recommendations that are fundamentally tied to your objectives.

  • We hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to our deliverables – whether it’s a simple topline or a slide deck ready for C-suite, our reports deliver a visually dynamic story designed with the reader in mind.

  • We tie everything back to where we started in Level 1 – working with your team to interpret the results, translating them into business actions, and helping define your next steps.
